Regardless of your fitness goals, strength is pivotal. Strength can be defined different ways and can mean different things for people. Whatever those things may be, the foundation is the same: quality movement, a good working knowledge of nutrition, and the ability to reconcile these things to clear, sustainable goals.
Anchored S&C is a gym dedicated to teaching individuals how to get stronger by focusing on scientific principles of proper movement, nutrition, and recovery. Rather than the average blanket prescriptions for fad diets and/or workout regimens, we address the individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle with respect to both research and personal experience. This is a knowledge-driven gym that seeks to build upon shared experience and hard work as a team. Workouts are not mindless and you will leave each day with a better understanding of your body and what it takes to improve and reach your goals. Below are the services offered:

Steve Kpa
I grew up practicing gymnastics and martial arts, so body awareness and fitness has been a big part of my life. When weight training was introduced to me in high school, it changed my life in big way. Strength, aesthetics, performance...I wanted it all and chasing these things taught me a lot about how to live a healthy life. Flash forward a few years and I've eaten my way through several diets, subjected myself to different training methods/programs, and found my passion for helping others achieve optimal health and fitness through both objective and subjective means. I hold 8 years of training experience.
