New cycle will begin the week after next! I'm going to start synching the program to coincide with some gradual scheduling changes. Weightlifting will now be programmed as a separate program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I plan on bringing the class to Saturday mornings from 9:30a-11:00a as well.
This program will be for those who really want to begin learning the lifts and what it takes to improve them. It will be a full hour + of the lift itself and accessories to those lifts. This is also in the hopes of filling up slower hours on Tuesday evenings and Thursday evenings. Also, we gotta bring the Saturday energy back!
As for the regular programming, it will still be there as the default option. Thursday evenings will still be open gym for regular program participants to make up a day. However, I plan on having an hour + set aside to run the weightlifting program for those interested on that day. Probably from 5p-6:30p.
