Last week of this cycle!

In another week, we will be getting a taste of Coach Ray's programming. I think varying the programming between coaches is not only great to keep the coaches on their game, but it also gives members some nice variation between blocks of training. There's always more to learn and experience when it comes to the bigger picture of training.
Strength –

Jumping back squats: 3x5 (work across at 27% of 1RM)
*rest 30 seconds

Back squats: 3x10 (work up to heaviest 10 possible)
*rest as needed

Conditioning –

4 sets:
10 squat-thrust + push-up rows w/DBs
14 jumping lunges
20 V-ups
