it's that time of year again. Although it may sound cliche, it's definitely an important thing to set goals for yourself. Whether small or big, goals keep you both (intrinsically) motivated and accountable throughout the months. The whiteboard near the GHDs will be reserved for all members to write down what they'd like to achieve in 2017!
Make sure these are measureable and attainable!
6x1 – 2 low hang power snatches + 1 overhead squat (work up to moderate weight)
6x1 – 2 low hang power cleans + front squat + push jerk (work up to moderate weight)

Front squats: 5x5 (70% of 1RM)
*rest 1-2 mins
Push press: 4x5 (work up to heavier than last week)
