First, remember that the gym will be closed Friday - Sunday for the walls to (finally) come down. Second, I'll be running regular class hours all day Thursday to make up for Friday's closure. More new equipment will be arriving by the end of the month or beginning of November. In the mean time, I'll be building platforms and hopefully getting a painter in here.
Finally, if anyone is interested, Cami and coach Jodle will be participating in a CrossFit competition up in Roseville this Saturday! They're doing it to support my business partner's home gym up there, CrossFit Echelon. If you're in the area, definitely stop by to cheer these girls on!

Intermed. - 1 min handstand hold w/ wall
Advanced - 1 min freestanding handstand practice
C1. 3x10 chin ups (weighted if possible)
