Seriously, though. I am very excited to have such a knowledgeable person teach you all some new things in the next few weeks. What's even better is that Ray is a clinician (in training) that is not just prescribing things in a clinic and hoping you stick to it. He's actually there seeing how you move. This gives him a more detailed picture as to why something may be going wrong with you.
They say that an important feature of effective coaching for all types of people is an approach that bridges the gap between knowledge and application. Coach Ray, Mike, and CJ all are helping to bridge the gap between being a clinician and an actual coach. Instead of just getting someone back to normal functioning, they understand the importance of getting someone to optimal functioning. What this entails are all the variables that make a coach effective.
