Classes at Anchored S&C are lead by the head coach and meant for those who desire more guidance in their strength development and movement. The gym's program is broken into 2 levels of experience to accommodate varying levels of proficiency, but each level is mirrored off one another to allow for an interactive group session. The program is based on strength cycles geared towards learning how the body adapts to training and progresses over time. So don't miss class!
Coached Strength Program Hours
Coached (non-class) hours are also available to those who miss designated class times, but still want to follow the gym's program. This helps alleviate the stress of missing a class and having to wait for a subsequent one. Overall, these hours are supervised by the head coach so that members will never be without the guidance and instruction.
*Note: precedence will be given to those following the gym's program and will be subject to capacity limitations.
One-On-One Training
If you're interested in more comprehensive guidance with your overall fitness and health, one-on-one sessions are offered at this gym. The sessions are 90 mins each and will guide the individual through proper strength development in conjunction with a sound eating regimen. Moreover, these sessions are strictly tailored to the individual. What makes this different is that there will be 24/7 access to your coach to make sure you're following the program properly and to further assist with any questions. Communication and consistency are key to success and this is the purpose of my one-on-one sessions.
